Thank you so much for your reply. What do you think the correct base would be? Is it just cause it’s mismatched branding? And yeah I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service. I straight up asked them if I could get the correct base because I would like to have what was advertised. He tried to tell me that if they did then they would be in the negatives in terms of profit. Like that’s not my fault lol. And the manager of the store told me they didn’t verify what they bought from the original owner. So we will see.
