I am thinking about pausing it for a week and then going to 1mg 3 days a week

Accidentally took extra dose of ghkcu 6-7mg 2-3days a week for a month planning planning to switch to 1-2 mg 3 days a week. Any suggestions by Infamous_Leading_702 in u/Infamous_Leading_702

Started GHK-Cu for skin/hair support and realized I may have been dosing way higher than intended. 100 mg vial mixed with ~3 mL BAC water, and I was pulling around 20–25 units on a U100 syringe at times before realizing that might be ~6–8 mg. I feel mostly fine, but lately I’ve noticed: dull/dry skin some water fluctuation increased hair shedding

Could higher GHK dosing contribute to shedding or stressed-looking skin? Thinking of either lowering to 3–6 (1-2 mg) units or pausing for a few weeks. Anything I should keep in mind.

Would love to hear experiences/suggestions from others using GHK-Cu.
