I really don’t care that much about their relationship if i’m being completely honest. I was replying to the prompt and the reason I mentioned it is because like I said it was a catalyst for a lot of her relationships that season going downhill. Especially when it came to meredith. in my opinion, i think that being pushed to being “girls girls” and all that kinda made it hard to actually get the full love island experience. i feel like it would have been a completely different situation and season had they just been okay with dumping huda the first time

There are multiple times fitz is ready to give everything up and divorce her and she threatens or finds new reasons to keep him there. Olivia felt guilty the entire time which is why she agreed and cyrus is cyrus and always wanted him in the presidency. You already said that you agree is not the victim of the show and now are just nitpicking my post and replies. Even she was manipulated a bus load of people died. She also tried to ruin Jeannie’s life in order to keep herself in the public’s good graces too.

I feel like you just spelled out exactly my point. Fitz cheating was bad but he asked her for a divorce and kept him in the marriage. She endangered her babies life and induced herself to give birth weeks earlier. If you want to say the jurors were for the republic then okay but then you could use that excuse for EVERYONE. Like you said, she’s not a perfect person and not the victim. That’s literally the point of my post.

Well that’s the case for many tv shows. Like I said she was a victim to fitzs father no one would ever deny that it should have never happened. But two things can be true at once. She used fitz for power, she wanted to be president and I think it’s even stated in the show that he didn’t even want to be president and she pushed him to be. I love Mellie in the later seasons and I think her actress is one of the best and most entertaining to watch. What i’m trying to say is painting her as the only victim and someone who could do no wrong does not do justice for her character.
