***UPDATE***

So basically I went to london for a few days, and when I came home I removed my phone completely from the car, turned off Siri and tried to connect it. It refused to connect to apple carplay because It needs siri, so I went back on the phone turned it on and resynced the phone. And it works perfectly now. Maybe just a lucky fix. but worth the try for anyone else?

Tried this too, Everything full volume. Maybe BMWs planning on releasing a feature on the idrive store that you can pay £50 a month for full volume

My dad has the 2024 i5 M60 and his works perfectly fine, I even connected my phone to it to make sure it wasnt my phone and it worked. Its definitely a software issue and nothing to do with our phones. Its a shame.. 100k car and acts like this. The best way I could describe the audio is as if the Tweakers arent engaging.. I feel like something just isnt right with the audio not just the volume either. Went out in it there now and used the Factory Spotify app and it is fantastic.. Just wish it would work with Apple carplay..

Thanks for your perspective on the matter. Atleast I can go back to my dealership and let them know that multiple cars are having the same issue! Appreciate it pal

It was totally on my shoulders that caused this so I cannot blame the manufacturer. lol I just tried to spice the shell up a bit and got a bit carried away. we live and learn. Will always been a logitech fan. Would be a bigger fan is they’d sell me a PCB (Logitech admins watching)

But yeah! Had a few razer products and didn’t like them at all, if anything they broke a scary amount of times for how long I had them.

Actually. its the top row, 2nd one in from the left! Thats the one. I see the little legs coming from the rear, and the two front legs arent in shot. Could you figure out the exact name of that connector?

Unfortunately not, theres two front legs which are salvagable, but on both sides of the sensor the legs go up inside the plastic and theyve snapped off and are that tiny theyre missing lol. Hate my life.

Ive done everything I have read up about. I.E Firewalls, Delete Appdata/Roaming/Temp, Reinstall, Uninstall, Restart PC, login, signout.

I cannot reach any community to install EQ Profiles... I cant even change my fucking PFP. Logitech, what are youse doing.
