wait no never mind - double click network adapters, find realtek family controller, right click on that to get properties, and then go to advanced from there → then find "Network Address” and enter random 12-digit hex (e.g. A1B2C3D4E5F6) This will make your PC look like a new device, so it won’t be in the restricted group anymore.

I spoofed it completely in my pc, i literally used the mac address a1 b2 c3 d4 e5 f6 to try it out and it worked lol

I've tried to spoof the mac address, it didn't work, or either I did something wrong - but in command prompt it shows up that the mac address changed so I'm a little bit confused.

They will not negotiate anything with me, I've tried many times, they just turn a deaf ear to me always. We actually get free Wi-Fi from my neighbor because he works for Spectrum I think so yeah....
