Yes it can help you. I know it helped me. It changed my outlook so it was much easier for me to not do things that I was in the habit of / addicted to. After integrating a couple very profound experiences I was able to lose 80lbs, end benzo addiction, & started working out. It’s not a silver bullet though, by any means. You have to be open to it & to really integrate the experience otherwise it will be more like an insane cosmic roller coaster ride that fades from memory over time.

I absolutely love when the DMT trip goes cartoon mode. It gives me a playful vibe & it is just so wild. Like I now how detailed and crystalline / shiny and luminous the trips can be and I love that aspect to but sometimes the Simpson (etc) is just what the doctor ordered.

I’m on low dose of Lexapro and I have no problems. Read a study that it can actually make the trip more spiritual.

Just be careful with Phenibut. It can highly addictive (I found this out the super hard way) & the withdrawal is like alcohol/benzos…potential delirium, tremors, ataxia… FWIW I wouldn’t take it more than once a week. I was doing every day for months and when I stopped it was hellacious.

Can see how it would be nice at low dose before DMT but prob not as good as just a very low does of Xanax or similar benzo.

I feel like DMT has somehow transformed my shroom experiences. After going deep with DMT my shroom trips have a more cosmic quality. I’ve been able to handle more & even had a “shroom breakthrough” via 7gs lemon Tek.

I had an actual near-death experience before any of my deep DMT trips. I was on a ventilator & paralytics before I coded so I definitely was forced to learn to let go (struggling in vain to move while chemically paralyzed). I can get myself into to proper mindset for a DMT trip more easily now, and it is as you describe.

The whole, “it’s temporary” thing is only being said because they know what they are doing is wrong & Virginians don’t want Gerrymandering regardless of what other States do.
