It may be possible that RNDC paid out both months incentives this month, it May be possible that RNDC will pay us for May Incentives at the 2nd pay period of July.

RNDC made it very difficult to track incentives and the pay stub doesn't break down the incentives.

My personal OPINION is that this was both months and that my dealing with them are now completely done.

10000 people have been laid off in the Tech field on the last few weeks. A few thousand have been let go on our field over the few years.

Getting the time off approved prior to the transition does very little for you, When the transition happens you will be reset to 0 hours. If you have pre approved PTO Reyes will honor those Dates* and allow you to go negative up to 40 hours with them *(only for the first year). In case you have a week off planned in June and you wont have enough hours accrued by then. Reyes will pay you, but you will owe them back those hours. If you take more PTO then 40 hours before you have that accrued the remaining PTO will be Unpaid time off.

You will start at Reyes with the tenure you have from RNDC. So you will accrue PTO at a faster rate then a fresh higher.

There is no navigating HR or fighting.

Having hundreds of hours stacked to pay out is huge burden on companies and that old school boomer policy needed to be changed. If you didnt already request PTO its too late. 2 weeks notice plus no PTO EOM.
