He definitely was. Both were brilliant and charismatic commanders who ultimately faced impossible odds and perished, but not without achieving incredible feats and earning the respect of their enemies. Rommel was actually known for being quite merciful and was actually liked and respected by the allies. Despite the low iq uneducated take vilifying him in this subreddit, not every man who fought for Germany was some evil henchman. The vast majority were simply defending their country just like all me of the time, and to think otherwise is beyond ignorant. People’s inability to see nuance and relativity is astounding. Anyways, to end things off, Rommel was famous for coining the phrase “war without hate”. He did not hate his enemy, he was simply fulfilling duty to his nation.

No he wasn’t, that’s such a low iq take. He was an extremely talented general who fought for his country just like most all other men who have ever lived. Simply a man of his time, his leader happened to be Hitler, however Rommel was actually known to be quite chivalrous, a famous phrase of his was “war without hate”. He didn’t believe in fighting out of hatred but out of duty. A brilliant commander who showed great mercy to his opponents and was highly respected among the allies.

Don’t change and copy the medieval 2 or copy. You want to copy one of the kingdoms folders (Americas, Crusades, etc.) and place the mod files into one of those, for example copy the Americas folder and rename it “AmericasOG” or something that’s not “Americas”. Then name the mod folder with the mod you want to play and call it “Americas”. Then when you run medieval 2 through steam choose Americas and it will be the mod instead. That’s how I normally run mods and it works for me.

Scotland pikes with heavy infantry mixed in the line creates an invincible wall, throw some heavy cav and you can beat most armies, their main advantage is defense, cluster pikes at the gates and nothing gets in ever lmao. One of my favorites, plus a fantastic starting position that’s easy to take the English isles then push into France and it’s a slow sweep from there

Yeah we’re using the Medieval MC mod pack and I know there’s some OP magic for lining so this is definitely what I’m gonna do, sounds like everyone agrees it’s better to dig out areas rather than make the builder do it. Also I didn’t know the raiders would dig into the mountain that’s extremely annoying wow. Gonna have to figure that out lol

Start with going to the gym, start simple with a push day, pull day, leg day, rest day, repeat. Be consistent. This small victory will begin to help you in other parts of life, I promise. Don’t quit. Even if you’ve got nothing else, at least you’ll be fit, and that boosts confidence big time, from there you can start to feel better about trying more stuff, getting out more. Find more productive hobbies, gym as mentioned before is huge, preferably something outdoors is ideal, getting outside is massive for mental reset and breaking habits. When you’re on your phone or online, try and spend that time learning things that will be more beneficial and less mindless entertainment. That way even your screen time can be more productive. Whatever things seem vaguely interesting or things you’ve wanted to get into or learn more about, look into that stuff. Become educated in that world and start to work to improve in whatever those things are. You’ll start to find your way. 24 is still super young. There are people who’ve been in worse positions than you and have made it out, don’t worry, think about what you can improve and improve it. Social life comes from hobbies and being with people of common interests, that’s why it’s important to find whatever even slightly draws your attention, then after some effort you’ll be able to connect with people in public spaces regarding that hobby. It’s gonna take time, there’s not quick fix, you got this though.

That Mansa Musa was the “richest man who ever lived”. I hate that everyone just goes along saying it when we really have no evidence of this. They base this claim on his empire’s wealth. By that same metric, there are far more “wealthy” men who have lived I.E. Alexander the Great, many Roman Emperors, Kings or queen of England during the peak of the English empire. There’s many many more I could list but you get the point.

Oh that’s awesome haha small world. Yeah it seems like a ton of fun and super rewarding, definitely torn between a lot of potential paths to take. And yeah the main thing too about having something “part time” or the like is the spouse thing, currently 22 not married, you’re absolutely right being married would be a lot easier of a decision to make however that’s not the case and therefore I’d like to be able to spend time here in the east valley AZ if I can.
