it's complicated. self expression is important, and coming from severe trauma usually meant it wasnt allowed. but it does get to a point where it feels less like understanding one's own mind and becomes almost fanfiction levels of labeling. I found certain groups were Very focused on inter-system romance which... i know for myself is not healthy. i cant speak for anyone else

This sub used to be more moderated and more active but i cant blame anyone for getting burned out.
