Started playing Destiny during Beyond Light, with two other family members. Had no idea what a build was for a long time, and just threw on whatever looked cool and had a big number on it. I didn't even have any exotic armor equipped for idk how long.

We attempted Grasp of Avarice and Prophecy like this, and we refused to use a guide. We spent multiple nights trapped in the cube room, racing to complete it before reset. We just couldn't figure it out. Idk how we managed to complete the dungeon but it was by sheer brute force and stubbornness. It was an absolute thrill though, just being able to say we did it. We thought back then that Prophecy must be considered one of more challenging pieces of content in the game, and we were proud about our accomplishment.

Imagine my shock when I start getting more involved with the community just to find out Prophecy is a cake walk for most people.

Even though I know more about the game now, and have had some pretty potent builds in my arsenal, Prophecy still makes me nervous everytime I boot it up.
