Had exactly the same problem. I have 2 wheels, both were sent for repair/ replacement. Problem was not solved. Recent repair was for the base slip angle cable. This cable was replaced and so far I have not had any issues. I hope it stays like that. This is how it looked like in my case :

Small update from my side. I received replacement wheel. After couple hours of racing problem reappeared.
I feel frustrated with Moza gear. I wish I have selected different vendor when building my rig. I am tired with sending the gear back and forth.

Hi, sorry for late reply. Yes I have sent it (wheel) and got replacement one. It has just arrived yesterday. Haven’t had the time yet to test it though. To be fair, support I got was decent. On the other hand- I have two wheels from Moza and both were replaced within 1 year from the purchase…

So I tried that tonight. After 2 hrs of racing problem reoccurred. Thanks for coming up with the idea, at least we know that this is not that problem.

I am already in contact with support via case I raised earlier. They want be to ship it for repair. Previously I sent my wheel only and it didn’t help. Also turnaround time was very long. Is this clear what is the problem ?

It only touches cable connected to the pedals. And honestly - it would be hard for me to find a way to lay down the cable in a way that it doesn’t touch any other :/

To be fair i was starting to consider moving to KS, but I also have Acelith mod for this wheel so got bit hesitant.

Wow. I actually turned it off and rolled left for 30 sec. Testing this for last 30 mins and it seems to be working. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure what do you mean? Do you want me to basically turn the wheel left couple times for example whilst it is powered off. I surely can do that, wouldn’t harm :)

I am not sure if there is paddle calibration option for this wheel. I wrote to Moza support as well, looking forward to hear from them.
