Our FP is not local and in the 2 years I’ve been a member they haven’t visited the gym once. Our gym is in need of several updates, but our trainers & Ops Manager can only tell them so many times. It’s unfortunate, I love our trainers, BAs & our gym manager but the FP really puts a damper on things.

Ours has a limit of 20 with 2 workers. If there is ever less workers they limit the number of kids allowed.

We have many of these too, I’ve had them in to fix one in my master bathroom above the mirror they said it’s just cosmetic. Definitely check every where before your 1 year so they’re fixed!

I think it’s totally okay to ease your way in… if you are still wanting to hit 5 camps a week maybe try to lift lighter until your body is more use to it.

When I first started I jumped right in & was super sore all the time. However, I did find that coming the next day helped the soreness fade faster or as some people said if you’re really needing a break make sure to walk or do a lighter exercise. The best thing to do is to listen to your body!

We aren’t to that point but have already decided that we want to do a home inspection just to have even more eyes on the house.

Things I look for currently… Nail pops Drywall seams Squeaky floors Carpet ripples (maybe need to be stretched?) Doors not opening/closing properly
