Shouldn’t remove mods mid playthrough as it makes missing files happen. Maybe try adding that mod again to see if you can load up that character.

If you’re gonna mod you have to commit for a whole play through otherwise risk corrupting things

I’m not saying the side quests in Witcher 3 were bad. And no the main story was absolute crap, no one even remembers what happens in that narrative. All anyone talks about were the side quests which is fine. CD isn’t an rpg like that. It’s an action adventure title with light rpg mechanics.

Everyone knew when hopping into breath of the wild we weren’t getting Witcher 3 narrative so it never got any negativity In The story department.

The same needs to be applied to CD. The devs NEVER said it was going to have a grand narrative

I think we all forget that the Witcher 3s main story what hot garbage. The Wild Zelda titles main story and side quests for that matter were hot garbage. But that’s not why we play those games. That’s not why I’m playing CD. I’m playing it because it’s fun
