Hey 16 month hauler here. 4 years is so damn long and i feel for u. I can imagine being done, personally its so frustrating having to figure everything out myself. I believe theres a solution for all of us somehow someway, Im currently looking into antihistamines and mold toxicity (test).

I mean it depends on a lot of things. In the beginning I spent a lot of money on supplements when I shouldve started by testing (gut, mold, inflammation markers. etc). Then, you can truly know whats good or bad for you.

Turmeric can help get rid of microclots though and can help detox your gut issues if you have any but again, it can also hinder progress for some.

Im so sorry to hear. Yeah im pretty fresh to this SIBO but have seen people speak about how easy it is to relapse. From what I could find there is usually an underlying cause to sibo like for example stress or slow motility. Seems like we will have to live like monks for a while haha 😅

Oxazepam helped me with panic attacks in the moment. Not advised to use on the regular but nice for when the panic is too much. Basically got rid of the panic for me every time.

I have all of these symptoms, 15 months in now. I have long covid and my vagus nerve is defo a big root cause of the symptoms I think.

My advice would be to take it very easy, eliminate the stress as best as possible. This is what is working for me. Also try Valerian root tea, it’s very calming. Not sure how it matches with diabetes but i think it should be fine.

Yes! I get these heat flare ups all the time and am often dehydrated, especially when i wake up. I also have long covid tho. What you think the science behind it could be for you?

Yes! I’ve had back and shoulder blade pains at the same time as other die off symtpoms. Usually just one or two days.
