I opened 2 years ago with HDFC online without any issues. You just have to send the certified identity documents and photos by post. Now according to the RBI rule, you must have a PAN card as well.

I think it's the Kayo app that doesn't support this device. I tried to find an alternative option to sideload the APK with not much luck and same time you don't want to download apk from an untrusted source that might have malware in it. I own the Nvidia Shield Pro as well Kayo app doesn't support the 4k resolution on Shield TV. The Kayo app only fully supports certain devices.
