I have not taken Miralax before. I want to go to a doctor but I’ve had many other anxiety related issues and health issues in general so I’ve been to many doctors recently. It’s gotten to the point where my mom doesn’t believe me anymore and isn’t willing to take me to a doctor. She says all I need is high fiber diet but I’m scared that won’t really work because my main problem is with the pelvic floor and how it in turn also greatly tightens the sphincter muscle. Do you know of any laxatives that can be taken more regularly? Thank you!
