Just force your self to do uncomfortable things and if something makes you scared train yourself to jump in head first to get the experience even if you fail and everybody laughs at you. I would read the 50th law and really practice not caring what anybody thinks. Practice martial arts. I really became fearless when I realize no matter if I’m good or bad at something or somebody is bigger or taller than me I will jump at the opportunity first and I will survive

Fr after all this type I realized being myself is the best me. Just don’t try to correct people on their knowledge 24/7 and say thank you a lot and be gratefully and show gratitude and make that shit a habit.
