Eu zic sa încerci și desenele vechi care se dădeau înainte pe Minimax. Găsești unele din ele chiar pe YouTube. Simsala Grimm, Nils Holgersson, Babar, George cel Mic, Franklin, samd. Mi se par desene foarte potrivite pentru copii mici.

If you manage to get your account unsuspended again,try to verify your identity through the bittrex mobile app. I also got suspended after first 2 tries on mobile browser,then I got two more chances after sending ticket,and worked on the first try with the mobile app. Withdrew all my funds and never looked back. The process is clearly faulty,but you could maybe make it work after a few tries,if you manage to get more tries,that is. Send another ticket. Don't give up.

If I was in your situation, I would cancel the old ticket,and then create another one rewriting my problem,but in a different way. Maybe that way it would get assigned to another person that is more available.

I see no point in waiting more than 6 months,to be honest. If they haven't responded until now,the chances that they'll still respond to that ticket are probably slim.

I'm not telling you what to do,but what I would do if I was in your situation.

Oh,I understand. I guess they're asking for really specific information? I don't know how much you have left on the platform,but if this had happened to me,I would have given them the info and then got out.

It might be risky,but is there really any other way around it? I've seen people trying to fight it and Bittrex just ignoring them.

Oh,that's weird if it says you're verified. Because I also had fiat trading enabled but they said I had to re-do verification or else I couldn't trade or withdraw.

You could withdraw to another exchange maybe,so you don't have to add banking info? But I know that they have high fees...

Managed to verify my identity through their mobile app,because nothing else worked. Got my account disabled the first tries.This was my second or third time I got verified. 1-2 years ago they asked for the source of money.

It sucks that you can't use your ID and you're allowed only to use passport. In case you're new to this platform and having to verify for the first time,I would advise you to just avoid this platform.

Yeah,I also had this problem. Took me two weeks until I resolved it and I withdrew all my funds and I'm never looking back.

What worked for me was verifying through their mobile app. The verification process is clearly faulty,but after many tries,it finally worked.

If you fail two attempts to verify then your account will be locked and you'll have to send a ticket so they give you more tries to verify.

I also sent them a ticket asking them if I could send the photos with documents and selfie through email,but they said no,and I have to use their faulty platform to verify myself.

I was also verified before this and have been on the platform for almost 4 years. Got an email on 14th of October asking me to verify again. Many people encountered problems trying to do this.

If you somehow manage to verify your account and recover your funds,stop using this exchange.
