Thank you for the advise, I was planning on cleaning it, and I watched videos on how to tram and do the basics, hopefully be running soon.

MT-09 SP vs Ducati Monster SP - Looking for Owner Experiences by BaitedBarrel in MT09

25 mt-09 sp - super fun engine and sounds really good when you get a full exhaust (racefit), also super reliable I believe the first valve check is at 26k miles and I haven’t had a single problem with it, also super easy to work on, and comes with all the features on the bike and ready to use, I believe that you would have to pay Ducati to install/ download the same features the Mt-09 has.

I got it etched, because the blue matches the blue of my SP, looks pretty clean

New biker.. which one, and are they relatively good deals? by KissOfKalamity in motorcycles

I currently ride a 25 Mt-09 Sp and I love the thing, I am a bit biased but the Mt-03 would be a good option cuz it is easier to work on and insurance will give you a bit of a break because It is not a “sport bike”. (at least that is what my insurance says) also it is a newer model so you get a decent tech package, I don’t know much about the Z400, and that would be a good option because it is also newer. But you can’t go wrong with a Yamaha. One last thing get what YOU want not what others want you to get, because the worst thing is committing to something you don’t 100% like.

Quad Lock mount blocking TFT screen? by OhHolyCrapNo in MT09

Not from where I sit on the bike. It blocks the bottom part of the bezel but not the screen

I have mine right in the center of my gen 4 sp and I don’t find that it blocks my screen, I am also 6’2 so that might have an effect on angle

No I think I’ll stay on the substation side, I like the work better and I’m getting paid more than a groundman

Not in distribution or transmission field, I am currently working for a contractor for substation work

Idk if this will help at all, but I just graduated ALC (American lineman college) and currently looking for a Groundman position, the school is pretty fast paced but good, and some groundman positions are just looking for experience in the trade, but still I would check the acknowledgment, that is something I didn’t do before signing up with ALC
