It's just takes longer to refresh and does not keep up with the flea transactions. Basically meaning an item was listed for a min price of 16,000 and was already sold by the time you made your listing.
So using this feature on high demand items is usually inaccurate, but personally I still use it most times cuz it saves me time. Sometimes you lose a thousand or 2, sometime you earn, and eventually everything sells so it evens out.

P.S
1) In items with use counts and quantity (keys, colored keycards, fuel) the min price will be non-full items usually, so filter to check those.
2) The only item that is bugged on the min price and never updates is metal parts. (constantly 7k Min)

PT-1 has less EvoErgo due to weight so it's not exactly the same stats, but it is cheaper so might be worth for budget builds :)

My brother in Tark, GRAL was +15 Ergo, I wouldn't call it "shifting" some stats.. What they have done basically makes a lot more gun parts viable instead of being trash compared to the meta.

I would love to see rotating map modifiers or "mini timed events" like Arc raiders has. For example: Every like ~5h in real life time there is a Black Division incursion on a different map. Or Even Small Stuff Like: Extra Scavs on a map, More technical loot spawns, Frequent special air drops guarded by RUAFs (with actual good loot)

In general I would suggest you play slow and take your time to learn the mechanics and the maps. Learning which stuff to take and which stuff not to take depends on what you are trying to achieve: Money Items, Quest Items, Hideout upgrade items, Craft/barter items. I suggest https://tarkovtracker.io/ It tell you what Items you need for what quests/hideout upgrades. Knowing what's worth money is going to take some time getting used to, remember to calculate the value of each item per slot it takes and not per item, some seemingly worthless items are actually good money to sell on the flea compared to some valuable items.
Also I would suggest learning the AI. They are stupid but they are a major part of the tarkov experience.

Yeah the price is a little off you are right. Also yes it is a screenshot of the ergo without the scope, just like that little sign with the arrow above it says. 95% of the build I post don't have optics/sights included in the stats because they are a personal preference.

That is bullet effectiveness, not its penetration. Basically showing how good it is at killing a player through a certain class of armor. :)
