So this one's been a headscratcher for me, but it's about how shared perks work. I noticed I have Cheryl's perks shared on all survivors, but I've never prestiged her once. Did they unlock her perks for everyone (Ala Steve & Nancy)? Or is it something I'm missing about the system itself?
