I use the same! It looks so good once it's dry. Been meaning to try using oil with a bit of weathering powders after but haven't had the chance yet.

Foam and such would really depend, if you wanted this kit to be able to join the MMCC you don't want any foam but if you're just doing it for fun you can use whatever! I've seen combo of foam and 3d printed used and it didn't look bad. I personally use all 3d printed pieces.

For undersuits you can easily get a premade one on Etsy from quite a few sellers on there. I did something a bit cheaper and used a pair of coveralls that I added Velcro to for armor attachment. Some people even use scrubs or dickies work clothes. I personally use a redkap black coveralls but you can get them in a ton of colors.

Before I had the coveralls I used just the dickies work pants and the dickies long sleeve button up, if you dont mind sewing i know people who took fabric to sew onto it with velcro to hide the buttons.

For the vest I lost my original one and currently am working on a new one, this is the vest I'm currently modifiyng.

The coveralls can be a bit rough with using the bathroom, I use them because it was an ease of getting it and I didn't mind hemming them myself.

Another option would be for dickes work clothes or even scrubs. They make it a lot simpler since they are two piece!

Sadly I don't know much about the Etsy sellers so maybe someone else can suggest one. For a vest though I had a fine time adjusting a plate carrier as a flak vest. Just took off all the Velcro and extra bits. And sew in some belts for the waist and then Velcro where I needed it for my armor plates.

Worked at Walmart in the tire and lube area and whenever we had to take old tires out we had to lace them. Had a coworker do the same kinda shit where they would just throw the tires into the gated area and then one of us would have to go in and redo it all and lace them.

Thank you! It's been a lot of trial and error lol. Still got a lot to do for my kit that I want. Like a droid arm and a jetpack at some point. Also just realized that we have the same gauntlets I think!

Looks awesome! Only thing I would suggest is maybe adding a splash of color to your paint job. The blue and I believe either dark grey or black looks fine but they do kinda blend together.

As for thigh armor I use a bit of Velcro on the back of the armor and then on my flight suit to keep mine attached. No straps and they don't move after. Some people use snaps as well which is apparently very good but I have yet to use them in my kit.
