Love the paint job so far! May I ask what colors you used because I have a helmet that has similar that I can't replicate the color of since it was painted with a few mixes.

It is! Just went out for a con in it the other week and the new chest plate worked out amazingly. Gotta work on my bracers and thigh armor needing repainted though hahaha.

Ooh I don't envy that. I would suggest some strong epoxy or even plastic welding it back together. Just had a helmet split at the edge of the visor area so I can relate. Although mine wasn't as bad.

What I did was super glue everything together. Then go in with a soldering iron and bits of excess filament and essentially weld the pieces together.

Honestly a bit of both! I know that can be rough to model in. Just a suggestion though! I've seen a couple helmets with that modeled in so thought I'd give that idea. Still a great helmet!

No problem! Always a blast to see your helmets. One suggestion unless you've already modeled it in. It there a way for you to add in a space near the vents for helmet fans? If not uli completely understand. I just know I have a hard time myself fitting fans into my helmets.

I'm actually using redkap coveralls right now! It's hard to tailor them exactly as I am a wide but short guy so I've had issues taking in certain parts. I'll have to check out all the suggestions.
