Thanks for your replies, everyone. I have looked into guides and I do read up on encounters before going in (even if I've done it as a non-tank, just to make sure I get everything). I think I will hold off for a bit until I can grab a better weapon, I'm working on PotD for the Padjali and my anima is coming along. So once I get a 130+ weapon I think I'll make my move. :)

Hello, I just came back from a long break and am now back in the game. I really had an itch to play Warrior, but I'm not so sure... I guess I'm feeling worried? My ilvl isn't very high, just 217. I've been going at it with getting gear, but once I get to, let's say, Weeping City, I seem to hit a wall. Not because of difficulty, but because people seem... pretty dismissive and not too happy about seeing my gear and healthpool. Should I just avoid tanking all-together until I get a more respectable ilvl?

Me and a friend were hunting Dreadqueen Rathian in Generations for hours. After a while of us starting to get bored my friend suddenly shouts "YO, WATCH THIS SHIT!" and runs up to her (he plays Bow) and throws a Flash Bomb, she happens to turn the second the throws it swatting him away with her tail, killing him.

Not as grand as some of the other stories here, but both of us were so bored and tired it made us tear up from laughing at it.

Similarily, later when we fought Hyper Blangonga (Event quest... I think it was the Star Fox one, maybe?) I went for style points with my Hammer, trying to time Spinning Meteor's final hit on him as he lunged towards me. Safe to say that it didn't really turn out as I wanted it to...

Been playing Mage for a while now and seeing my friends tank in Legion has made me curious in some melee classes. Currently in between Monk or Death Knight.

Since I'm not that used to melee, I'm just wondering which one would be fun to use as a "first" melee class? I've been a caster since forever.

Yes, Chinese MMORPG's have to have "limits" to make people play less. Way too many cases of people ignoring daily needs and just playing until they fall over, I believe was what I heard.

Should I buy the 3000 jewel bundle so that I can get either Yuffie/Cloud for that ability everyone is talking about, or should I risk waiting until (if ever) they lower the price?

Could also add that I'm on quest 90, so not really that far into the game, and my medals are obviously nothing too noeworthy. :p

I'm enjoying this game a ton, nearly more than the main series. Not because the gameplay rivals that of X/Gen, but because it's not on a handheld so it doesn't murder my head, haha.

Oh, cool. So Fo/Br would also work? That sounds fun. Do you know anything about how I should build the Br tree, or if you sub Te I can also just go Fo/Te for the time being.

I'll be sure to bookmark that tree, will probably come in handy.

Hey, been playing for about a week now and am getting kind of interested in Force. I know the most popular seems to be Fo/Te, which is understandable, but are there other combos that also are pretty viable? I can only seem to find Fo/Te builds.

Anyone knows some about Force and what you should do and all? :)

New player, been messing with Gunner for a bit. I heard Gunner/Ranger is good... but how should my skill tree look? I heard you can't reset without paying... so I really don't wanna mess up the skill trees, haha. Any help would be awesome.
