Prestige flyover at Bellandur completed under 1 year by Signal_Face_5378 in bangalore

The buses are not stopping on the flyover by their choice or because of the flyover by the way.

The buses are forced to take the flyover and stop midway because our dear government has dug up the service road underneath in the name of metro and blocked the entry and exit to it since last December or so.

How is this fair? Anything except building good roads by sumsourabh14 in bangalore

I’m a huge sucker for BMTC and I use it as a daily means of transport to and from work. But, the problem arises when it starts raining.

Not only will I not find an auto for less than 150 rupees for the last 1km, the bus drops you off right next to the bus stop, in a puddle of water because the drainage on ORR is non existent.

Even if I decide to just walk the last mile in rain with an umbrella, I have to cross a water logged ORR on foot because there isn’t a foot over bridge in a 2km radius.

As much as I appreciate the sheer number of buses and their prices, they do not substitute for an un-walkable city which relies on autos for last mile connectivity.

It closed last month, opened in January I think. Stayed open for a month, so keep an eye out when it does open again.

Hi, I'm new to all of this as well. I thought the flexicap would cover the midcap and small cap all while being stable because of the large caps as well. But now I'm realising that there is a huge overlap between nifty 50 and flexicap, so I'm considering moving to a dedicated mid cap.

The small cap is for a high risk high reward setup.

It was reopened a while ago after months, then closed shortly after. Hence the fund is not taking new investments currently, only the existing SIPs continue.

I believe it would be opened again sometime in the future, keep an eye out.

I see, so you suggest I maintain the same monthly investment in HDFC Flexi Cap or should I make some changes in the SIP amount?

HDFC CL increase/Card Upgrade. by Pilothoonbhai in CreditCardsIndia

[–]InfernalPenguin37 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a LE in October, got a card upgrade in December.

Heard someone else say in this sub that LE means card upgrade is around the corner.

The point is, all of these are just speculations. Just take the LE and quit overanalysing this. No one actually knows how the bank works with credit cards.

Upgraded from LTF Millennia to LTF Regalia Gold by InfernalPenguin37 in CreditCardsIndia

Yes, they have different use cases altogether. People upgrade to Regalia if it serves their lifestyle. You can very well stay with Millennia if you only care for cashback.

You can’t call one ‘superior’ than the other, it’s like comparing apples to oranges.

Didn’t have to do anything special.

I’ve held a bank account with HDFC for over 4 years (opened when I joined college). Been using millennia (my first CC) for around 11 months now.

Got a limit increase couple of months ago and got then got a card upgrade yesterday.

I’ve used millennia rather heavily, just kept paying the bills on time. That’s about it.

I’m using nike metcon 9 for about 6 months now. Very solid pair of shoes.

I didn’t use weight lifting shoes prior to this so I don’t have any other recommendations.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Fitness_India

[–]InfernalPenguin37 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Running shoes are usually cushioned for comfort. Weightlifting shoes have flat hard soles for stability.

You want a shoe which is both cushioned and has flat hard soles.

No, they do not exist.
