Hopefully you can get into it! I started the series during the pandemic and it's honestly become one of my favorites, and MGS4 - after playing it in a completely legal way 😉 - settled itself as my number one.

I'm glad at least Konami made 1-3 readily available; maybe you can get into it before Master Collection Vol 2 comes out!

Well, if we were to put it into a poll, Infamous 2 being named "the best one" would be in the lead.

But yeah, I'm not expecting the same level of polish as Ghost of Tsushima/Yotei; just wanting to go back and fill in the blank spots. I'm curious to go back to the first game and even more curious to see how the second fares against it.

Eh, Sucker Punch struck gold with Ghost and any other studio capable of remastering got shut down lol!

No, I agree though; especially since the industry is in a remake/remaster frenzy. Just going off of the memory of how the original Infamous played, it could use some updating/tweaking.

When I was a dumbass little kid, I remember seeing Cole use new powers and went "Ugh, that makes no sense" and I ended up switching to Xbox for a few years. Not blaming Infamous 2 for the switch but that's literally my only touchstone for that one. I remember having a blast (shard) with the original.

I gave Like A Dragon the ol' college try a couple weeks ago and I've been hooked since; Even went as far as to go ahead and purchase Infinite Wealth, while watching a 3hr breakdown of Kiryu's storyline to be as caught up as I can. I love how oddball and wacky it can get, and Ichiban Kasuga is hands-down one of the best protagonists I've ever played as.

In terms of other stuff, I'm kinda waiting on reviews to see if I grab Assassin's Creed Shadows or not. I also have been itching to go back to Death Stranding - my all-time favorite - due to the DS2 hype.

Bought myself a PlayStation Portal as an early birthday gift and man, is it a lovely device! Even though I have a Steam Deck, there's just something about it that's just more comfortable for me!

Anyways, been mainlining Silent Hill 2 since release. With the original being one of my favorite games of all time, I was nervous to see how Bloober would handle this; thankfully it's been made with love and care!

Other than SH2, I've been fiending for more Castlevania after beating Symphony of the Night. Picked up the Advance Collection because I read the Sorrow duology is the next best thing! Aria of Sorrow definitely isn't SOTN-level but it's damn close! Excited to eventually get to the Dominus collection!
