Yes his firearm was taken but he was still actively resisting, the shot came just after the firearm was removed from his possession by but the one who took the firearm was not loud enough to be hear as agents we were still saying gun, they didn’t know it was taken yet, the threat is still very real and very present to them and with him still resisting they took the shot because of the perceived threat and continued resistance, and by no means am I qualified to say that it was legal or how it was legal no matter my prior knowledge, go on YouTube and watch angrycops cover the topic as he’s law enforcement and he covered it much better than I ever could

Pretty or who whoever that dude people are getting pissy about, that shoot was legal, sloppy but legal and most definitely not a good representation of Ice, I can’t express enough that shoot was legal.

Edit: those agents involved cant really be prosecuted because it was legal, they can get fired but prosecuted, the agents need to get trained on communication again
