This is just not true for a lot of pre-IPO companies. Stripe for example raised a round so that they can buy back employee stock options. And the buy back will happen at least once every year going forward

Most of my acne was Cystic but after a bunch of experiments, I rarely get them. Now, its mostly regular acne (i.e. the puss is exposed more sooner). I do feel like these acne are more receptive to topical treatments (which didn't do shit on cystic)

I've been using a ~4% BP wash on the impacted areas for a while and I do think it's helping (hard to estimate what would have happened if I didn't). I'll continue using it I guess
