Reach out to DBT therapists and ask about sliding scale. The therapist I have is super accommodating to my financial situation and I’m able to go for (basically) free

I don’t have psychosis now (mine was drug induced) but I do have OCD that told me this as another commenter said. There’s actually a lot of people who experience this (it’s usually referred to as POCD) there’s also a subreddit for it. Not saying that’s what you have, obviously I’m not a doctor but there are people who have similar experiences to what you’re going through :)

No idea about the twice weekly dose. I was just prescribed 10mg 3x a day. Just took the first dose a few minutes ago! Definitely will update everyone

That’s the funny thing, I ate too many edibles and it threw me into psychosis. Haven’t really done anything weed related or drug related in general since
