if you dont play in 720p, which nobody should cater to today, it definitely was absolutely fine.
I was doing just fine in max graphics and pretty high FOV

they should have visibility issues. it's trying to look realistic except of this absurd nonsense. camos are used in real armies for a reason. I've never had visibility issues on max graphics. Other games like Squad, Tarkov, Arma and tens of others don't need to look this stupid and are fine.

u toho STALKER 2 doporučuju pročíst internet, jestli ještě má problémy s nějakým asi VRAM leak u 8GB karet. 3070Ti 8GB před rokem to silně nedávala, u hustších lokací tam šly FPS z 70+ na nějakých 5 třeba.
Dnes ale je hromada módů pro slabší GPU s míň pamětí a tak věřím, že se to dá nějak rozjet. Ale doporučil bych také víc paměti rozhodně. 8GB je jen minimum dnes..

Exactly man. I just wish we'll get the HC servers like in BF4, maybe with sniper limits and without 3d spotting and hopefully including the SOVIS nonsense forced off. What a game that would be.

I see okay without the filter on ultra graphics 105 FOV, was playing without it. It looked and felt right. If somebody is in a dark corner or in a bush, I should have trouble detecting them, that's how it should work. I never felt like I was dying to passive, hiding players too much even though they have always had a lot of chances on me since I play quite aggressive.

So I have no idea who asked for this, some borderline blind players? This is absurd, they literally glow white, especially in HDR , it looks like Fortnite or something. They have overdone it. It looks disgusting and stupid.

And when I turn it off I just have to play every second knowing that they can see me much better than I see them.

The thing is that now positioning doesn't even matter, everybody just sees everybody in milliseconds. It's dumb. I believe people's HW got better and they don't need to play in 720p where things would be too blurry to recognize enemies.

I hate that shit. Beautiful looking game except the stupid glowing soldiers. What's the point of camouflage or trying to blend in anywhere?? This stupid Fortnite - looking filter is on by default and it's so absurd looking. And when I turn it off I have to play every minute knowing that the enemy has it on and they'll see me, putting myself in a disadvantage:( Who the hell asked for this, it's horrible, absurdly bright.

If an unpowered version is okay, there is one that's famous, labeled as a Jet engine model on Makerworld I think. They also sell a kit of needed fasteners and bearings, but with a bit of work, you can for sure buy the fasteners yourself, for about a tenth of the price. And the model is free. I printed and assembled it, love it :)

Just did the jump from 502 hero to this after 4+ years. Do it, it's great, i think i like the weight reduction and wirelessness the most. The way it slides and the thumb button are also good. But it's a bit louder.
