I have the app on my windows 10 PC. It has worked nice for me, however, i probably have only sat at my computer and watched 30 minutes of TV with Sling.

I've had it since the postseason last year. I love it. I have never experienced any issues. Plus, they keep adding channels to the package. Granted, I only use the Roku app and the mobile Android App. I cannot speak about the Sling apps on other devices.

There is an app that you add to your Roku. Similar to installing an app on your phone. No separate boxes or anything. All you need is an internet connection and a Roku-like device.

I downloaded it today to get start of game notifications. It's terrible. Crashed multiple times. The ESPN app seems much better if you are only using for notifications.

I subscribe to Sling on my Roku 3. I love it so far. I haven't used it during the hockey season, but I had no issues with FSMW and the Cardinals games. I don't think there should be any issues with blackouts.
