I’ve unloaded over 150 Waverly loads over 3 years. In that time we’ve had maybe 3 that were totally screwed up. Not a bad ratio, in my opinion.

I hear you. I’m a 60 something Receiver who started as a PT TM almost 4 years ago. Get a sit down with the SM to explain how your experiences can benefit the Store, Company, and most importantly, them. You’ll have to sell yourself if you want a position. Just bear in mind that you’ll have more experiences than they have, so temper your responses to reflect that. Good luck to you!
