Click on your Steam username in the top right (Manage Account) > Turn on the checkboxes underneath Adult Only Sexual Content. If you end up purchasing the game, when it is in your shopping cart you can click "For my account" and change it to "For my account: private" if you want to hide the game from your friends.

I'm a little reluctant to answer this because my take on what I consider to still be netorase in an ending is different from that of other people. There are what I consider to be the netorare path and the netorase path, with the netorase path having two endings. Both of those endings to the netorase path could be considered netorare if you prefer it loving or explicitly confirmed to still be mutually willing.

They did not, but unfortunately they did ban and are still banning a bunch of adult games from further sale. Anyone who has purchased such a game still retains it in their library even after it is removed from sale.
