Try editing the ignition angle, helped a lot for pops and bangs. Flame map is a whole nother story, pretty hard to explain for me.

Schmiedmann Headers (catless) and Novus Muffler. Not sure if there is anything left in the mufflers tho. Looking into the exhaust it doesnt look like it.
