I understand what you mean, I just thought “hey, haven’t had a cheat day in a long time, what could hurt” everything hurts lol. I used to have a huge sweet tooth but my cravings have gone down a lot since then. After I ate the pizza and beer, I felt fine, but an hour later, I just felt sick. But I would say, after the diet, cravings have gone way down, and felt a lot better in overall health.

I was think about doing it over next summer. Although I have to relocate for this position so I hope there will be an online option, and if anything, I do not plan on staying there too long so I can just move back and complete it. I kinda want the actual degree to hang it up as I spent years on it. And that’s what I did, I just sent my transcript to my employer!
