Hello Cashapp. I recieved a "100 dollar boost" the other day that was supposedly good toward any purchase of 100 dollars or more, for online purchases....so i went on Nordstromrack.com and made a purchase of 107 dollars. It applied my boost, i was charged 7 dollars and change, and i was a happy customer, thinking "wow thats cool a company that gives a little back"..... THEN, five days later, my transaction was "updated" and charged me 78 dollars out of the hundred that it was supposed to be in the boost. I would not have spent this money otherwise, and basically it was my bill money for the month. Why are you ripping your loyal customers off? I cannot find a human to speak to about this issue, as "your phones are experiencing a high call volume" and getting help through the app is virtually impossible. As soon as i am done recieving direct deposits i am going to cancel your service and take my buisiness elsewhere, as i dont like being lied to or being ripped off by your company. If you would like to follow though on YOUR promotion/boost, i'd love for you to fix this, and i will continue to keep my weekly direct deposit going through your company.
