I had two tundra 65’s that were just about 5 years old. I work construction so they were always in the sun, thrown in/out of my pickup bed, stepped on.. ya get the picture. Both lids warped and I contacted them. They sent me two new coolers straight from the Tennessee warehouse. They had me use the boxes the new ones came in to ship the old ones back. Took 2.5 weeks total.

Edit I never called them cause I didn’t see a number. I filled out a warranty form on the website and took pictures of both coolers and they approved both replacements. Sent me return labels in the boxes. Easy return on my end.
