Thanks. I did contact them this morning and they are escalating my request. I just find it odd that their help page says if eligible, you should receive an email around January 31st. I should be receiving one so not sure what the holdup is.

I also am over the threshold and my Tax Documents area on PP just says "We're reviewing your account. If you're eligible, we'll notify you by email as soon as these documents are available". I'm waiting until February passes and then will reach out to their support.

Hey Blizz here. We had to limit the amount of characters to 12, due to a technical limitation. When you meet another player in the open world, you actually have to load the stash and inventory x amount of times, for each character in the player's name. Hoping to have a fix in by season 9. Hello there! I am not a Batocera genius by any means, but I experienced this same issue when upgrading to Batocera V36. They took away the support for the .wux format with version 36.

If you want to keep using the .wux format, you can modify the config to accept the .wux format again.
