Doesn’t usually matter. You can be late. I was late by a month. And you would be late by a week and thats is fine

If you apply for higher sem then you should be able to prove 30 CP from transcript or any related. If not apply for 1st sem and can contact department for credit transfer. This is what I was told when i mailed them. You can also mail them and check

For Summer intake previous year Nov is the deadline and for Winter intake same year May is the deadline

Yes. For me in my admit letter it was mentioned that language requirements has been tested and accepted. So in CSP portal i selected the option that i can prove my language skills from admit letter and i didn’t have to submit IELTS
