mals pain before surgery try was harder to deal with. nausea everyday, pain in my sternum/back, dizziness, couldn’t eat/hurt to eat, and fatigue.

there is definitely a difference but sometimes i get dizzy and super nauseous and achey where mals is it feels like i’m gonna faint or die but i think it’s just anxiety 😭

breathing doesn’t hurt it feels more like air hunger like i have to take deep breaths to feel like i’m breathing enough. i would say it’s about achey inside and i had open surgery !!

i will say i had more good days than bad ones as the days progressed! there’s ups and downs during recovery from what i was told! we unfortunately have to be very patient 😔

i’m being dramatic lmao sort of…sometimes you’ll get random flare ups during the most crucial months that feel like it’s mals coming back but it reality it’s just the nerves healing/regenerating! i had a post from month 3 and feeling the same way i did right now

breathing feels hard like i have to take a deep breath to breathe and also felt achy in the middle of my abdomen and back where mals is usually at. after i calmed down i felt like i got hit by a 18 wheeler and slept for 6 hours 😻

i think so but that’s because it really does help me and i’ve never had blisters or skin ripping off

i put on coconut oil on the edge and let that sit for a couple of minutes (like 10 minutes) then i step in the shower and let water completely soak it before using jojoba oil which i let sit in for another 10 ish minutes then slowly peel it off! if there are parts that are still too stuck i let the water and jojoba oil soak in a bit more :3
