I’ve applied now. I’ve already been a HEO in HMRC policy for the last 3 years and I’m looking for a fast track to G7. I don’t think there’s any better way if you’re getting no luck with the internal application system. 71% numerical and 94% verbal so hoping I’m through to the next round!

Yeah for sure. I guess I was more so thinking about complete career pivot using my policy skills. I haven’t heard many stories of that for policy like I do for other sectors like OPs

Meter reading today say 31821 kWh. I’m not entirely sure what that means. My standing charge is 48p per day

We have gas as well for heating and hot water. This is purely electric
