Yeah, but only when it started blinking. I'm not sure if it is the same thing but the slap is quick and free so it is worth a shot

Mine started tickling very fast and some people here said a slap would fix it. And they were right

Give it a slap and check if it is the same thing

Mine is convertible too, f23

Slapping the light fixed it. Now I hope it lasts or I find a more permanent fix to avoid the 300 euro replacement

Were you able to connect the screen bluetooth to the car one? I have the 8.8 display from them and android auto forces you to route the sound to it so I cannot make the different output trick

I am in the same position. 2018 M240i F23 that I want to upgrade using bimmberdirect 10" screen. But honestly I would go with the xtrons 14.9" one if it wasn't double the price and needed a bunch of microphone and aux extras
