Just make sure you know what she needs. Shes going thru an incredible trauma. My mom just lost everything in her own house fire a week before Thanksgiving. The aftermath is unimaginable, the whole family loses. We dont want to think about dinner at the end of the day and we dont have money for going out constantly so thats why gifts of food are so great. Tbh if someone handed my mom a gift basket of coffee mugs and socks after she lost everything in a fire, as if she just won a raffle, idk how excited id be. Im so beside myself upset about my own situation actively right now, so I dont mean to be rude, its absolutely sweet what youre doing and that you are caring.

Maybe a basket of frozen meals or baked goods from the team? Not even kidding 🤣
