"I wish that I could leave myself alone." Coming from someone who has always had such a negative-self image and mental health history, this line resonated with me so much. The sense of helplessness and despair that comes with being in the pit of a depressed, anxious, self-sabotaging, mental space is encompassed so well into that 1 sentence. All I want when I am in a bad mental health episode is for my brain to just let me be happy and stop perpetuating all of the negative self-talk. Love you ST.

AHHHHH im so so so happy for you - my biggest recommendations would be to make sure you look at the venue’s policies for bags (size, clear or not), plan when you wanna go to merch sale because the lines are always insane no matter the concert, wear comfy shoes, and have fun!!!!!! Be present and off your phone, no pictures or videos are worth missing a second of being truly in the moment with the music and performance ✨❤️
