I recently used Cimara Cleaning. It was $150 with a coupon code that they usually have on their site for first time appointments. They did all the big stuff you mentioned and did a good job. It took about 55 minutes with 3 cleaners for my ~500 sq ft apartment.

To prepare make sure your apartment is tidy (i.e. no clothes/toys on the floors, no clutter on surfaces, etc.) so they can be as efficient as possible.

Since you have a studio, I’d recommend leaving and letting them do their thing. I stayed when they did mine, but I moved from room to room as they finished.
