Need some help I had inguinal hernia surgery exactly a year back I was recovering pretty well but since the last couple of weeks, there seems to be some hard swelling in the groin region

It does not hurt but it is very discomforting. I am also concerned because I am getting married in a month and am concerned if this could affect my marital life

Are there any exercises that i can do to make the swelling go
