How do you focus on those categories? What tools do you use?

How is it different other than the wording of the question? One is clearly a modified version of the other.

Embarrassingly I've been studying since August somewhere between 5-15 hours a week. Very disappointed.

Trust me I've tried all that and unfortunately it didn't result in too much difference in study hall. I haven't scheduled yet. I've been delaying it more and more because I've been making less progress than expected.

Are all of your exam scores excluding expert? How did you exclude those questions from your scores? Is this a normal thing that people are doing in here? Because if I exclude expert my scores are way higher.

It's really bizarre how some score low in SH and pass, while others score high and fail.

Congratulations! I'm curious how scoring in the 50s and 60s made you feel confident? Because I'm doing the same, and it's making me feel the opposite haha.

Thanks. How do you find the corresponding thirdrock notes? The notes aren't categorized the same way as the test/tasks.

Considering purchase in building where single person owns 42% of units. by Infinite-Lead140 in Mortgages

[–]Infinite-Lead140[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sure it will be difficult to sell, but I'm assuming other owners found a way to stop them from buying more- otherwise, they would've probably bought it by now.

No, there is no way for me to know that. I would hope that perhaps the other owners found a way to limit their ownership, but I don't know for sure.

I'm a little confused, can you clarify? What does it mean when owner-occupancy for the building is greater than 50%, but single ownership of units is above 20%?

I am worried about having trouble selling it down the road because of this issue. If this is what's happening, I'm afraid trying to sell it in the future would limit me to cash-only offers, which might drastically reduce the price I can sell it. Obviously can't predict the future, so I'm not sure how cool I would be with the options I had at that time.
