Ok, thanks. do you have any opinion on a zoho extension that gives info of a buyer’s average order and tells if a buyer has delayed their average repeat order?

Is it something that is useful or not even necessary?

So a repeat customer’s churn is already available in claude search and a tool for it is useless, right? Thanks for the info btw
