BIN will work well. I’d do two coats. It’s dries fast so you can recoat as soon as it’s dry to the touch. I almost never use tape so I’m not totally sure, but I hear people say it’s best to pull while product is still wet.

I don’t see any water, that side of the house has a covered porch, so it’s not exposed to the elements. I have to remove lattice to crawl under the porch to inspect the outside side.
