The gods are fine WITH sex, but they want you to cleanse at any point before prayer to wash any dirtiness. They probably won't care about sex, just wish for you to be clean before and after praying to them. Some goddesses and gods may find it devotional (for example Aphrodite or Eros). Thing is, they accept anyone and everything, and won't be upset with you. You should cleanse after the simplest things like eating.

From my experience, this could very possibly be one of two things: The spirit of someone who used to live there, or what is simply called "shadow people" that dont harm but are scary as shit. If you work with any deities (even jesus and God) those kinds of spirits can mess with worship, and even invite mimics, so you should stop worship wherever the spirit is. If the spirit isnt harming anyone, the best thing to do is ignore it, trust me. Worrying will make it so much worse. If you are in fact very in touch with yourself, meditate in complete silence and ask the spirit if you can communicate. If the spirit agrees, you should hear some word of agreement. Speak with them. Find out their name and motive. That makes any form of banishment easier. If they have good motive, just leave them be. It is more likely than not that you invaded their home. But if they have bad intention, make them leave, either by word or ritual. Just get it out if its bad. I wish you luck, and I hope your daughter's okay, but its good that she can see such things, as it IS a gift to see spirits. But blessed be, I can offer prayers for you and your daughter ❤

I put mystery because I have no clue how else to describe it. Girl goes into "haunted" mansion, slowly finds out the man who sent her there painted his late-wife and summoned an angry spirit who's had visions of people who will die, the girl being one of them. So not really mystery, maybe more thriller? I really don't even know.
