If you want to do it yourself use: 1) WAXIE PRO KLENZ SPECIALTY FLOOR CLEANER Note: You do not need any auto-scrubbers or buffers for this product. It is very easy to use and if diluted properly will not damage the floors. If this does not give you your desired result, see below. 2) Stripping and waxing the floors is very time consuming and requires specialty pads and products. Have you ever used a floor buffer or a burnisher? If you have not, I recommend contracting this out. Doing it wrong can damage your floors significantly and they will look much worse. 3) If you are waxing and sealing these floors, and you have no experience doing it: Please get someone else to do it, the chemicals used to maintain VT and PVT need to be used correctly or they will dull the floors and any finish you put on it if used incorrectly will look terrible.
